Design Process- How We Work With You
Initial Consultation:
Speak with a JCPSG design professional by phone for your initial consultation. Explain your business objectives, strategic goals, and design preferences. A consultation is free and can last upto one hour.
Design Recommendations:
You will be presented with an assessment of your web design needs and several design alternatives. This will include an estimate of the scope of services required for the project and hosting requirements. Next, you will be asked to make some choices about the structure and layout of your site. You may be asked to choose among several page prototypes based on the information provided during your initial consultation.
Build Out:
A mock-up of your site is established on our test server. The page layout and navigation scheme are implemented and some draft graphic elements are designed. Your initial typeface and color palette preferences are tested. At this point, you have an opportunity to preview the mock-up and provide feedback/direction to the designer.
Beta Testing:
Following your approval of the build out mock-up and design elements, a functional "beta" site is developed that incorporates all of your content, graphics, and design choices. The beta site build is tested for usability. Pending your final approval, the beta site is then migrated off our test server onto your permanent hosting server. The finished site is then ready to go live.
